1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Patent AI platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.
2. Services
Patent AI provides artificial intelligence powered workflows, insights, and workspace tools designed to help founders develop and validate business ideas. We may update or modify the services at any time to improve performance, security, or usability.
3. Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the platform. By using Patent AI, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the authority to enter into these terms.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with their operation, or access them using methods other than the interface we provide. Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to recreate the platform without permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Payments and Billing
Access to certain features may require payment. By subscribing or purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees. Fees are non refundable except where required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
The Patent AI platform, including content, logos, and technology, is owned by Patent AI or its licensors. You receive a limited, non transferable license to use the services for your internal business needs.
8. Feedback and User Content
You may submit feedback, suggestions, or content through the platform. By doing so, you grant Patent AI a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to use that input to improve or market the services.
9. Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of your proprietary information and expect you to do the same with ours. Neither party may disclose confidential information except as required by law or with prior written consent.
10. Disclaimers
Patent AI provides the services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will meet your requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patent AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the services if you breach these terms or if continued use creates risk for Patent AI or other users. You may stop using the platform at any time.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. We will post the revised terms on this page with an updated revision date.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Patent AI is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
